GNU Free Documentation License What is the best foundation and/or make up base for oily and shiny skin? Q. I've been trying out a few foundations but nothing seems to work well... The oiliness appears throughout the day and makes my rubbed in foundation go runny and easily wipe-able (I don't want this). Please put prices as well, all help is very appreciated. Thanks! Also, if you are stuck between two colors, always go with the lighter, because dark is more noticeable and looks like you are wearing a mask.
